Where do I find my bill?


Available in: Starter, Essential, Plus


You can find all of your invoices and billing history in the Billing Portal (only available for Admins). 

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Navigate to Settings from the top menu.
  2. Select Billing from the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Click Open billing portal in the top-right corner of the Billing page.

Viewing Your Invoices

Once the Billing Portal opens, scroll to the Invoice History section near the bottom of the page.

Here you can:

  • View all invoices associated with your subscription.
  • See the status of each invoice (for example, Paid or Outstanding).


Click on an individual invoice record to:

  • Download a copy for your records.
  • Make a one-time payment if the invoice is unpaid.
  • Download the payment receipt.

Additional Billing Information

The Billing Portal also allows you to:

  • View your current subscription plan and renewal date.
  • Update your payment method.
  • Update your billing information.
  • Manage your subscription.
