Where do I find my bill?
Available in: Starter, Essential, Plus
You can find all of your invoices and billing history in the Billing Portal (only available for Admins).
Accessing the Billing Portal
- Navigate to Settings from the top menu.
- Select Billing from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click Open billing portal in the top-right corner of the Billing page.

Viewing Your Invoices
Once the Billing Portal opens, scroll to the Invoice History section near the bottom of the page.
Here you can:
- View all invoices associated with your subscription.
- See the status of each invoice (for example, Paid or Outstanding).

Click on an individual invoice record to:
- Download a copy for your records.
- Make a one-time payment if the invoice is unpaid.
- Download the payment receipt.

Additional Billing Information
The Billing Portal also allows you to:
- View your current subscription plan and renewal date.
- Update your payment method.
- Update your billing information.
- Manage your subscription.
