Employees can be notified about the requests from other employees, even if they are not approvers of that employee.
These notifications can be configured for individual employees or for all employees within a department.
Leave Dates will notify everyone set up to receive notifications for either the employee or the department (i.e. the employee level does not override the department level).
To notify employees of requests for a specific employee
- Go to the Settings > Employees page.
- Select the employee you wish to be notified about.
- Select one or more people who should be notified about this employee (see screenshot below).
- Press Save Profile.
To notify employees of requests for all employees in a department
- Go to the Settings > Departments page.
- Select the department you wish to be notified about.
- Select one or more people who should be notified about this department (see screenshot below).
- Press Save.
